Cummins INSITE is offered in four functional levels: Basic, Lite, RSGR and Pro, ranging from a read only access level to full-function access and capability for the service professional.

NEW INSITE FEATURES

- Installation upgrade capability - upgrade from previous versions
of INSITE 7.2, 7.3, 7.3 FP1, and 7.3 FP2
- INLINE 4/5 drivers installation
The latest available INLINE 4/5 drivers will automatically be installed
or upgraded with the installation of INSITE v7.4. Administrative
rights are needed for the USB driver association after the installation.
- INSITE Fault Viewer
INSITE Fault Viewer
will be available for installation through INSITE DVD for all registered
INSITE Pro Functionality users. INSITE Fault Viewer is designed to
provide the ability to monitor public faults on a J1939 or J1708 network.
The Fault Viewer will help to isolate the probable cause of a system
failure or error. Administrative rights are needed for installation.
- Operating System Support
Windows XP 64 bit, Vista 64-bit, Windows 7 32-bit and 64-bit are now
supported. Windows 2000 is NO longer supported. See Operating System
Support section below for more details.

New INSITE Base Features

- Data Monitor/Logger Graphical Monitoring
Graphical Monitoring is a way to display, log, print, and save data for up to six parameters in a graph. Graphical Monitoring visually monitors and plots multiple parameters into a graphical display.
- Ability to add Functionality Password when opening INSITE for the first time
INSITE now provides the capability to enter both the Basic and Functionality password the first time it is opened. This applies to a new installation. After entering the Basic password, a window will open asking for the Functionality password to be entered.
- Export All Work Orders
All Work Order images can be exported using the right-click menu and selecting the ‘Export All Images’ option.
- Single key off for multi-module downloads
INSITE only requires a single key off at the end of a multi-module calibration download. All ECM Codes to be downloaded can be selected before the calibration download begins.
- Adjustable Parameters Recovery File
If a calibration download fails when Save/Restore Adjustable Parameters is selected, INSITE will save these parameters to an Adjustable Parameter Recovery File. The file can be used by INSITE to restore the Dataplate and adjustable parameters on this ECM if it is in a ROM Booted or Foot Printed state on the next successful download.
