I found a problem and I couldn't solve it, could you help me?

My Techtools is working fine, but I needed a new function (change the Chassis Number), I changed DevTool and set DR parameter to programmable but when I returned to Techtools I received the error VCA10208

Replaces the APCI and returned to normal, however with the DR Parameter not programmable ... Do you know what I can do?

In Another forum they talked about replacing apcidb.dll but I don't have the file in the archives
